ARE YOU AGED 16-25 YEARS?
Active Horizons supports young people to thrive. We take a youth‑led approach because your voice shapes the work we do and ensures we provide the support that truly meets your needs.
Our young people are currently leading an initiative to tackle housing insecurity — an issue often caused by factors such as unemployment, immigration status, family breakdown, no recourse to public funds, and more.
To deepen our understanding and strengthen this work, we’re conducting a wide community survey to hear directly from your experiences. Please take a few minutes to complete this short form.
