Our mentoring programme offers young people guidance in their transition to adulthood, providing support in careers plans and personal development from a well-experienced mentor. The mentoring follows an individualistic approach, tailored to the specific needs of the young person.

Bridge To Independence
upporting young people with autism who are been 16-25 years with transitional support into employment and education. This project takes place every Tuesday from 4-6 PM
