Youth Ambassadors Tackling racism in schools and community 2023

We are excited to launch the Youth Ambassadors programme for this year 2023 following a successful pilot that enabled 116 young people participate and lead in how to make their communities and schools be anti-racist.

The Youth Ambassadors programme is for young people aged 11-17 years who would like to develop leadership skills and influence decision making in issues that affect them.

As a result, we have been successful in receiving investment to continue our efforts. This programme will be led by our Youth Advocate Officer, Tendekai Nzira who can be contacted on telephone 07493478253 and email tendekai@activehorizons.org.uk
